1.Pour 30ml (or up to 40ml if you prefer stronger) Prohibition Liquor Co. Bathtub Cut Gin into a glass.
2.Half fill glass with ice.
3.Pour 125ml of tonic water into the glass.
4.Garnish with cinnamon and star anise.
