30 ml Bitter aperitif/amaro

Method

1.Combine all ingredients and stir over ice. Serve ice cold, over a large ice cube in a chilled rocks glass.

2.Express orange peel by twisting over the cocktail. Rub the peel along the rim of the glass and drop in as a garnish.
